The prices are so fair! The labor charges and part expenses are completely reasonable. I’ve been here for a new starter and broken wheel studs and rotors. I have gotten excellent service each time. Again with very fair prices! They earned a customer for life 😀

Hands down the best customer service in town! Everyone was professional and knowledgeable. The team was able to do several maintenance items and replace brake pads and rotors for all four wheels in the same day for my suv. Very reasonable pricing. I live about 90 miles from their shop but I needed to have my oil changed. I walked in and asked if they could change my oil and the rest is history. They took my truck and in25 minutes later I was driving home. I found them extremely friendly and professional in every way. Very thoughtful and responsive to this emergent drop off of my vehicle when it broke down in Hood River. I appreciated the videos to review and detailed explanations of what was wrong. Gresham Automotive were very patient, flexible and understanding since I had to reschedule a couple times. Reasonably priced, especially compared to our Honda dealership. They did a great job and were able to get our repair done quickly. Highly recommend!

I brought in my focus ST with a blown motor and had them install a built motor with an oil catch can. They did a fantastic job despite not advertising as a “performance” shop per se. Have had no major issues and the motor seems to be very happy over 1k miles later! I’ve even contacted them a few times for little things here and there since then and they always respond the same day, usually within the same hour even. Very good shop!

I can’t say enough great things about Gresham Automotive. I’d been dealing with a missing door handle inside the drivers side for at least a month, and had to climb over the center console to get out of the car through the passenger side. After calling around recently for a shop who could replace the door handle asap. I’LL BE A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE! I originally took my Ford F-150 into Gresham Ford’s Service Department when it started leaking coolant. They said they’d have to replace all the hoses and the coolant pump and it would cost me $2300. I told them no way and had to eat a $250 diagnostic fee. So after researching I called Gresham Automotive Services and they were willing to look at the quote and diagnostic that Gresham Ford did to give me an idea of what to expect before wasting my time and money

Great service from beginning to end. Had a blown engine and Yas communicated very well with me every step of the way. Even checked back with me a few days later to make sure thing were going good, which they were. Vehicle is running very smooth . These guys are as honest as it comes which is a rarity in auto repair services. When I took my car in, they very quickly diagnosed that the starter needed to be replaced to fix my main issue and even declined to charge a diagnostic fee because in their view it was just too obvious and didn’t take much time to find. Jas is great at explaining car issues without making you feel dumb, which is one of my top priorities when looking for a mechanic.
